Hello, my name is Maria, and I am a psychotherapist who is truly passionate about supporting people through the most tender and challenging moments of their lives. I deeply believe that every person carries wisdom, strength, and resilience within them — but sometimes life becomes heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, and we all need someone to sit beside us, listen openly, and help us find our way forward. This is the space I hope to offer you.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, always approaching therapy with gentleness, curiosity, and genuine care. My work is never one-size-fits-all; instead, I tailor our sessions to what you need, helping you untangle your worries, reconnect with your strengths, and rediscover meaning and purpose in your everyday life.
I also support individuals going through pre- and postnatal depression. This area is especially close to my heart—not only because I am trained in it, but because I have lived through it myself. I know how vulnerable, lonely, and overwhelming those moments can feel, and I bring both professional knowledge and personal compassion into the work we do together.
In my practice, I also help families and children. With my background in child development, I support parents navigating confusing or stressful moments with their children and help families build stronger, more understanding connections. Together, we explore challenges with empathy and patience, creating space for trust, communication, and growth.
Most importantly, I strive to create a warm, safe, and truly non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself — where your thoughts and emotions are welcomed, not judged. Education and Certifications
To provide evidence-based, compassionate care, I’ve completed advanced training across key areas of mental health, and I pursue ongoing education to deepen my clinical knowledge and stay current with research-backed methods in trauma recovery, neurodiversity (especially ADHD), and disordered eating.
