About Maria Korchagina – Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Newmarket

Hello, I'm Maria

Hello, my name is Maria Korchagina, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Newmarket who is truly passionate about supporting people through the most tender and challenging moments of their lives.

I deeply believe that every person carries wisdom, strength, and resilience within them — but sometimes life becomes heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, and we all need someone to sit beside us, listen openly, and help us find our way forward.

I also support individuals going through pre and postnatal depression. This area is especially close to my heart — not only because I am trained in it, but because I have lived through it myself. I know how vulnerable, lonely, and overwhelming those moments can feel, and I bring both professional knowledge and personal compassion into the work we do together.

Most importantly, I strive to create a warm, safe, and truly non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We move at your pace, honouring your experiences, your story, and your hopes for the future.

I would be genuinely honoured to walk with you on your journey.
